All large boxes and bespoke boxes will be delivered via Courier – and will be delivered within 3-4 working days. We will aim to process your order in a quicker time wherever possible. The courier will make three attempts at delivery, usually over three consecutive days, leaving details of how to arrange redelivery if no one is in. After three failed attempts and no contact the parcel will be returned to us.
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
Little boxes are posted out via royal mail as First Class Signed for so that we are able to track them. Delivery should be within 2-3 working days.
If you want to send a parcel outside of the UK, contact us on and we will look in to the options & costs with you. We have delivered to Europe and the US so we can also advise on restrictions etc.

The Mother Box are confident that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied Please email us at, where we will discuss the option of a refund, exchange or replacement where appropriate on all goods with the exception of perishable food items, provided that they are in their original, unopened and unused condition and returned within fourteen days of your receipt of the goods.

If you have received your goods as a gift, we do not offer refunds. However, please contact us and we will be happy to offer an exchange or alternative products up to the value of the original gift purchase.

On receipt of the returned goods, The Mother Box will examine them before arranging a refund, exchange or replacement.

We will endeavour to do this within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
 Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.
In addition to our returns policy you do have the legal right to cancel your order, providing the order has not been despatched. You will receive a notification to inform you when your parcel has been despatched. This may also be applied to the delivery of goods made to a third party. If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of the goods please contact our Customer Service Department by email between 9am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.
