Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
Little boxes are posted out via royal mail as First Class Signed for so that we are able to track them. Delivery should be within 2-3 working days.
If you want to send a parcel outside of the UK, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look in to the options & costs with you. We have delivered to Europe and the US so we can also advise on restrictions etc.

Please contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org Monday through to Friday. Please quote full details of your order and details of the goods you wish to return.
If you have received your goods as a gift, we do not offer refunds. However, please contact us and we will be happy to offer an exchange or alternative products up to the value of the original gift purchase.

On receipt of the returned goods, The Mother Box will examine them before arranging a refund, exchange or replacement.
We will endeavour to do this within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.
In addition to our returns policy you do have the legal right to cancel your order, providing the order has not been despatched. You will receive a notification to inform you when your parcel has been despatched. This may also be applied to the delivery of goods made to a third party. If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of the goods please contact our Customer Service Department by email email@example.com between 9am-5.00pm Monday to Friday. Your statutory rights are not affected.
